becuase it shows the puppets facial expression that the pupet could have. It also made me feel like it wasent puppet because of the deatial in his facail expression.
it also gave us insite on how the arm is attched to the pole to add movements.

    1. I agree Jess i thought thiss puppet stood out the mos and i also liked the detail they used on its facial expression, which worked well with the lighting that gave it a diffrent effect from all the other puppets.

I really liked this image of this puppet as it was mix between Shadow puppetry and normal puppets, The whole image reminded me of a burlesque performance because it illustrates the diffrent type of effects they can using lighting and props to create a certain theme.

  3. My favourite has to be the blue shark creatures; they are so funny the expression on their facees is brilliant. What I like about them the most however is the fact I instantly saw them, I didn't consider they were puppets and now I am talking as if they are real animals. I can just imagen some Mitchell and Web comedy routine from them.

  4. The sharks are pretty amazing, and the puppets themselves are a mix of simplistic, almost "do-it-yourself" designs, and really professional, elegant ones; for example, the rather depressed looking man, with his hands controlled by those black rods. The personified booze puppets also made me giggle, they look like the cast of Avenue-Q or some sort of twisted parody of a children's show.
